Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 opened in 1961. At present, it is utilized by 26 airlines and about 15.5 million passengers. Heathrow Terminal 3 primarily manages long-haul flights, even though some of them are to European destinations. The check-ins are taken care at Ground Floor and at Level 1. The Departure Lounge is located on Level 1. Arrivals for both international passengers and for onward travel are handled on the Ground Floor. • An Information Desk is situated in the centre of the Arrivals zone, just near to the Bureau de change. It is operational from 05:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. One more information desk can be accessed in the check-in expanse, Zone D, which is operational from 07:00 a.m. to 09:30 p.m.
• Baggage Enquiries: Baggage enquiries desks are located on the ground floor near the Baggage reclaim counter 2, 6 and 9.
• Foreign Exchange: Bureau de change desks managed by American Express, Travelex and Vat Refunds can easily be found on the ground floor, level 1, departure lounge and at the arrivals.
• Cash Point Locations: Cash dispensers are situated in the check-in at level 1, in the departure lounge and in the public zone of the arrivals concourse, near the meeting pint and most domestic and international cards are accepted.
• Communication Facilities: Heathrow Terminal 3 offers free Wi-Fi facility to travellers. Moreover, travellers can find public telephones in Terminal 3.
• Medical Care: You can find Boots Chemists in the entire Terminal 3 including on Level 1 near the multi faith prayer room, in the Departure Lounge and on the Ground Floor.
• Toilets and Showers facilities: Toilets with disabled facilities are located on each end of the departures. Baby change room is situated on the left side of departures level. On the arrivals level, you can find toilets with disabled facilities and baby care near the baggage reclaim area. At Check-in, both male and female plus disabled toilets are situated in Zone B and also between the Zone F and Zone G.
• Worship facilities/Prayer Rooms: Heathrow Terminal 3 has two prayer rooms: In the arrivals section on the 1st Floor and in departures lounge after security control.
• Bar and Restaurants: Heathrow Business Parking Terminal 3 has a range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and pubs, which include Costa, Krispy Kreme, Pret A Manager, Caffé Italia, Leon, The Three Bells and many more.
• Shopping and Duty Free: Heathrow T3 is home to some of the world’s most famous brands at the Departure Lounge and other levels plus Duty Free Shops.

• Taxi Service: You can hire the London Black Taxis that are parked outside the Terminal 3.
• Short Stay Car Park Facility is available at Terminal 3 and is advised for short stays of around 5 hours. 
• Terminal 3 Address & Directions: Terminal 3 Postcode is TW6 1QG, which can be used for Satellite Navigation. To reach Terminal 3, Exit M4 (Junction 4) or else M25 (Junction 15) and then go along the signs in order to reach Heathrow Terminal 3.
